Refund policy

• HA Toyland will gladly accept returns only if the product received by the customer is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with original tags attached and in undamaged, original packaging.

• Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear pictures and a short video at ha.toyland.pk@gmail.com

• Refunds are applicable only if the order was paid in advance (prepaid orders). Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

• Refund or exchange due to change of mind or not liking the product will not be entertained.

• Customers may share concerns at ha.toyland.pk@gmail.com for review, but approval is not guaranteed.

• Exchange or refund will be processed within 7 days only if the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days after successful inspection of the returned product.

• Bank account details must be shared by the customer via email along with the issue details for refund processing.

• The customer must return the product via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.

• Color variation upon delivery is normal and is not covered under exchange or refund, unless a specific color was paid for separately.

• Do not place tape, stickers, or labels directly on the manufacturer’s box.

• If a product is returned in an inadequate, damaged, or used condition, HA Toyland reserves the right to reject the return and send it back to the customer.

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and refund or exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.

• All returns should be sent to HA Toyland at the address shared by our support team via email.
