Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• We offer a flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 195 on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan.

• Free shipping on orders above Rs.2999

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to track your parcel.

Delays

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

• We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist you in resolving issues with the courier.
