🔩 Spring Powered – Stored energy in a spring is released to drive the legs.

🔧 Built From Flat Parts – The child assembles the whole mechanism.

📘 Picture Instructions – Illustrated throughout.

📐 Finished At About 10 x 12 cm – Desk sized.

⚙ Linkage On Show – The leg linkage is visible, so the movement can be traced.

💖 Why You’ll Love It

Stored energy is much easier to grasp when you wound it up yourself.

It hops across a table, which is more satisfying than it sounds.

One of the quickest builds in the wooden range.
