Wooden STEM Roller – Build, Learn & Roll

Wooden STEM Roller – Build, Learn & Roll

🛞 A roller that keeps going further than it should, because of how the weight inside is arranged.

✨ Key Features

🛞 Rolling Mechanism – The internal weight is what makes the behaviour interesting rather than obvious.

🔧 Hands-On Build – Flat wooden parts, assembled without glue for most of it.

🔁 Repeatable Test – Roll it, measure, adjust, roll again — it invites experimenting.

📘 Illustrated Steps – Picture-led instructions.

📐 Finished At About 7.5 x 7.5 x 13.5 cm – Small enough to run along a table.

🪵 Laser-Cut Wood – Clean parts that press out of the sheet.

💖 Why You’ll Love It

It is small, quick to build and immediately testable.

Children race them, which is the best possible use of it.

A sensible first kit before the motorised ones.
